Order Placement and Fulfillment 6.1 Orders placed through the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective restaurant or store. 6.2 Prices listed on the Platform are provided by the vendors and may include taxes or delivery fees. 6.3 Papa Foody is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect order details provided by the user. 6.4 Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification may not be possible depending on the vendor’s policies.
